John Searby is SVP of Corporate & Business Development at HUMAN, where he leads growth through channel sales, strategic partnerships, M&A, corporate strategy, and go-to-market initiatives across the security and media ecosystems. He brings deep experience helping cybersecurity companies scale through alliances, platform strategy, and product expansion.
A seasoned cybersecurity executive with nearly two decades of experience, John has built and led partner ecosystems, developed new product offerings, and driven strategic growth initiatives. Before joining HUMAN, he led global channel and alliance strategy at Recorded Future, the world’s largest provider of intelligence, helping deliver significant partner-led revenue growth. He also held leadership roles at Flashpoint and began his career at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he supported cybersecurity and intelligence operations for various federal and commercial clients and helped launch new capabilities within the firm’s Strategic Innovation Group.
