Tamer Hassan is co-founder and CEO of HUMAN, where he led the takedown of the biggest bot fraud organization 3ve with the help of Google and the FBI. After this huge win for the Internet, Hassan was named The #1 Most Creative Person in Business by Fast Company Magazine as well as one of Ad Age’s 40 Under 40 in 2019.

Before his career in fighting botnets, he was the founder and CEO of Compel Data Technologies - a software development and consulting company focused on big data and business intelligence solutions. Hassan’s career began as a major in the U.S. Air Force where he completed multiple combat deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan as a decorated Combat Search and Rescue helicopter pilot and Tactical Officer.

David DeWalt is a veteran CEO, advisor, and investor who has led companies, from startups to the Fortune 500, on a transformational journey of success. Focused on technology and cybersecurity, he helped create more than $20 billion of shareholder value during his 15 plus years as President and CEO of three major companies. That includes driving the most successful Cybersecurity IPO of the time in 2013, and leading the largest all-cash deal in technology history in 2010.

Today, he serves as the CEO and Founder of NightDragon Security, a dedicated Cybersecurity investment and advisor firm. In addition, he serves as a Managing Director in Allegis Cyber and Momentum Cyber as well as an investor and board member in the world’s most innovative companies such as Delta Airlines, Five9, Claroty, Cybereason, Team8, DataTribe, iboss, Illusive Networks, Optiv, & Onapsis. He has substantial expertise in the information technology security industry and with his strategic and operational experience.

Mr. DeWalt was named one of the 25 most influential executives in high technology by the readers of the industry publication CRN. He has spoken at the World Economic Forum on the issue of cyber security and keynoted at several technology industry conferences including Interop and Software 2008 and RSA.

Jay Leek, CISM, CISA, CISSP, is a Managing Partner and Co-founder of ClearSky Security, and leading venture fund focused on investing in early- and growth-stage security companies. He also consults with Blackstone on various areas of cyber security strategy and investing, and he is currently co-leading Blackstone’s portfolio company CISO community.

Prior to joining ClearSky, Leek was the Chief Information Security Officer for Blackstone, where he also worked with their information security investments and portfolio companies. Over the past 20 years, Leek built and headed up global information risk and security programs for Equifax and Nokia and also worked as a Product Manager as well as a Consultant to telecom companies, government agencies and financial institutions assisting them with strategic planning and architectural design required to meet their information risk and security objectives.

Leek currently serves as a member of the board of directors for AppOmni, BigID, BlueLava, Capsule8, CloudKnox, CyberGRX, IntSights, SecZetta and Respond, and the NY Metro ISSA Chapter. He was also formerly a member of the board of directors for Carbon Black, Cylance, Demisto, Optiv, Phantom, ProtectWise, RedOwl and Verodin, and a former member of the advisory boards for Accuvant, iSIGHT Partners and Risk IO.

Anthony leads the financial and information services private equity investing effort in the US. He serves on the Corporate Investment Committee. Anthony initially joined Goldman Sachs in 2001 as an analyst in the Investment Banking Division in London. From 2003 to 2005, he held a senior leadership role at Denfleet Pharma. Anthony rejoined the firm in Merchant Banking Division in 2005 and transferred to New York in 2007. He was named managing director in 2013 and partner in 2018.

Anthony serves on the boards of Financeit, Genesis Capital, HUMAN Security, Inhabit IQ, People Corp., and ProSight Specialty Insurance, and is a board observer at IrisGuard. He was previously a director at Ipreo and Sigma Electric and board observer at Axioma.

Anthony earned a BSc in Economics, with first class honors, from the University of Bristol, United Kingdom.

Ann Johnson is Corporate Vice President of SCI Business Development at Microsoft. She oversees the investment and strategic partner strategy for security, compliance, and identity for one of the largest tech companies on our planet to help organizations become operationally resilient on their digital transformation journey and unlock capabilities of Microsoft’s intelligent cloud and next generation AI. She is an active member of numerous cybersecurity board of directors, and also serves as a board advisors on cybersecurity.

Dan Burns brings more than 28 years of business, technology and cyber security industry expertise. Most recently, Dan was the CEO and Co-founder of Optiv, which he created in 2015 with the merger of Accuvant and Fishnet Security. With that combination, the dominate cyber channel was created with over $2 Billion in revenues.

From 2002 when he co-founded Accuvant, until 2012 when he assumed his position as the company’s first CEO, Burns served as SVP of Accuvant’s sales organization. In that role, he was responsible for strategic planning, sales growth and problem resolution. Burns co-developed and helped to successfully execute on Accuvant’s initial vision – to build a company with the breadth, depth and capabilities to address the information security needs of organizations worldwide. He launched the sales force and grew it to a national powerhouse organization within a 10-year period, conducting business with nearly half of the Fortune 500, and driving $740M in revenue in 2014.

Prior to his achievements with Accuvant, Burns was the regional VP of sales for the western region of OneSecure. He played an integral role in transitioning the organization from a managed security services (MSS) provider to a product company, delivering to the marketplace the first intrusion prevention system (IPS) and generating $40M in product sales in the first year.

Previously, as the western region VP for Exault, Burns secured some of the largest enterprise clients in the Rocky Mountain region and helped grow revenues to nearly $150M in two years. He also held positions at Access Graphics, Arrowpoint, and Netrex.

Itzhak Fisher has spent three decades creating, operating and investing over $3B in digital, media and retail companies, focusing on data and analytics. He has built successful management teams and created significant value in these companies through operational excellence, organic growth, joint ventures and acquisitions.

Itzhak is the chairman and founder of Pereg Ventures, a venture capital fund that invests in B2B information services businesses across the U.S. and Israel. Previously, he served in senior product and business development roles at Nielsen, and as president and CEO of RSL Communications, he built a telecommunications company that operated in over 20 countries and generated more than $1.5 billion in revenues.

Itzhak received a B.S. in Computer Science from New York Institute of Technology and completed advanced studies in computer science at New York University. His board affiliations include Strategic Advisory Group, Goldman Sachs; Advisory Board, NYU Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences; and President’s Council, Tufts University.

Mr. Marcus joined WestCap as a Partner in October 2020 to lead the firm’s Strategic Operations group. He has a distinguished career building and operating highly successful financial technology businesses. Most recently, Mr. Marcus served as co-founder, President, Chief Operating Officer and board member of Ipreo, helping to create a diverse, global enterprise known for its operational excellence, innovation, and winning culture.

Along the way, he architected and integrated numerous acquisitions and oversaw successful outcomes for four distinct ownership groups, culminating in the sale of the business in 2018, to IHS Markit for just under $2 billion. He began his career at the financial data and advisory business, The Carson Group, where he helped scale a start-up into a fast growing, highly sought-after business that was eventually acquired by Thomson Financial.

He stayed on as President of the Corporate Group at Thomson Financial, where he led the integration and strategic transformation of several disparate businesses. He earned a B.A. in History from Cornell University.
