Anthony Arnold

Goldman Sachs Private Equity

Anthony is a partner in Private Equity within Goldman Sachs Asset Management, leading the financial and information services private equity investing effort in the Americas. He is a member of the Goldman Sachs Asset Management Corporate Investment Committee. Anthony initially joined Goldman Sachs in 2001 as an analyst in the Investment Banking Division in London. He rejoined the firm in the Merchant Banking Division in London in 2005 and moved to New York in 2007. Anthony was named managing director in 2013 and partner in 2018.

From 2003 to 2005, Anthony held a senior leadership role at Denfleet Pharma. Anthony serves on the boards of Human Security, Inhabit, People Corp. and World Insurance. In addition, he serves as a board observer at Doxa and as a director of American Friends of Leket, a nonprofit food rescue organization. Previously, Anthony was a director at Financeit, Genesis Capital, Ipreo, ProSight Specialty Insurance and Sigma Electric and a board observer at Axioma and IrisGuard.

Anthony earned a BSc in Economics, with first class honors, from the University of Bristol, United Kingdom.
